Terms and Conditions for Free Music Video Giveaway
1. Eligibility:
1.1 The giveaway is open to singers (male or female) who have a fully completed song ready for video production. The genre and style of the song do not affect eligibility.
1.2 We do not provide music production services. This giveaway strictly covers the creation of a music video for the winner's song.
1.3 We are not responsible for music distribution but can offer guidance on potential next steps.
1.4 The winner must be a legal resident of Canada. Applicants from the USA, India, the UK, or any other country are not eligible.
2. Travel and Location:
2.1 If the winner is from Toronto or any other location within Canada, we will cover their travel expenses to Vancouver for the video shoot.
2.2 The music video will be filmed exclusively in Vancouver, where we have access to our own studios, locations, and equipment.
3. Budget and Production Scope:
3.1 There is no predefined budget for the music video. The production value will be determined based on the selected song and its creative requirements.
3.2 If specific elements are needed to enhance the music video, we will assess and cover the necessary expenses within reasonable limits.
4. Production Timeline:
4.1 The music video shoot will be scheduled within 15 days after the winner is announced, allowing time for pre-production, permits, and travel arrangements if required.
4.2 The music video will be filmed in a single day.
5. Additional Terms:
5.1 The winner must be available for scheduled pre-production meetings and provide all necessary information about the song and their vision for the music video.
5.2 The final creative direction of the video will be determined in collaboration with our team. However, Skypeace Production reserves the right to make the final decisions regarding the concept and execution.
5.3 By participating in the giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Skypeace Production to use behind-the-scenes footage, promotional materials, and the final music video for marketing, advertising, and portfolio purposes.
